Photo blogs give family and friends annual pictures about children, pets, and home improvement projects. These photos allow long distance relatives the chance to view updates and maintain a healthy bond. 

One idea is to join a photo blog community where all your desired pictures can be kept and you can perform occasional updates. You would not update your blog section with constant photos but with a handful. 

You can choose a photo blog community on a trial basis to determine if it fits your desires and budget while learning better ways to present your photos to family and friends.
